										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We wanted to extend our acoustic product offering and have now <strong>InfiniSpring® Acoustic Wall Ties</strong> for soundproofed walls available. Acoustic wall tie designs are presented below and both<strong> designs utilize standardized InfiniSpring®-spring plate and connection parts</strong>. InfiniSpring® Acoustic Wall Ties decouple walls and <strong>cut off noise from around 14 Hz upwards</strong>. We hear sounds from about <strong>20 Hz to 20 kHz</strong>.  This range is also a commonly referenced audio frequency range. <strong>InfiniSpring®-springs function as low pass filters in the audio frequency range.</strong></p>
<p>Wall ties are typically installed between a fixed wall and a plasterboard wall. The plasterboard wall is installed resiliently, and the plasterboard wall can be constructed using steel profiles or structural laminated veneer lumber. Another option is to install both walls resiliently. <strong>Typical applications</strong> consist of <strong>music rooms,</strong> <strong>recording studios, cinemas, residential and office buildings, nightclubs, concert venues, industrial developments, and laboratories</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Acoustic wall ties follow EN 14195 standard requirements. Declaration of Performance and CE-marking have been completed for the acoustic wall ties. </strong></p>
<p>Figure 1 below shows <strong>Acoustic Wall Tie 128NN</strong> design.</p>

<p>The Acoustic Wall Tie 128NN consists of a spring plate and two nail plates. The distance between the nail plate ends is 128 mm. On the Product page you can find Product Card for AWT250NN, where distance between nail plate ends is 250 mm. Acoustic wall tie installation is made using nail plates. Figure 2 below shows the installation.</p>

<p>The second developed acoustic wall tie design is Acoustic Wall Tie 94NA. Acoustic Wall Tie 94NA is equipped with a nail plate and a 90-degree bend on the other side. Figure 2 below shows the wall tie design.</p>

<p>The Acoustic Wall Tie 94NA consists of a spring plate, an angle plate, and a nail plate. The distance between the nail plate and the angle plate end is 94 mm. Other dimensions can be made as well. Acoustic wall tie installation is made using the nail plate and the angle plate. Figure 4 below shows the installation.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #000000;">We have made new type of <strong>wooden support bracket for the air heat pump outdoor units</strong>. Outdoor unit weights are typically around 40 to 50 kg and 3 mm thick <strong style="font-size: 1rem;">InfiniSpring® function perfectly for the outdoor unit vibration and noise isolation. </strong>The support bracket is <strong style="font-size: 1rem;"><strong>made from impregnated wood </strong></strong>and whole installation is <strong style="font-size: 1rem;"><strong>made using 5 mm screws. </strong></strong>Figure 1 below shows the floor standing wooden support bracket design.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Outdoor unit weight is concentrated on the compressor side where pipe connections locate. Therefore, two sets of springs are installed on the compressor side and one set on the other. Figure 2 below shows the spring isolators at both sides of the outdoor unit.</span></p>

<p>During the cold weather the outdoor unit will defrost ice, and this causes water to drain below the outdoor unit. It is recommended not to let the water to drain near the house. Therefore, it is good to fit a plastic tub below the outdoor unit, which can be emptied away from the house. Figure 3 below shows the final installation for the outdoor unit with a 90 liter plastic tub.</p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">One additional recommendation is to install the piping flexibly and this is achieved by using 360° loop at the outdoor unit piping. Figure 4 below shows the piping loop. With this arrangement the vibration isolation performance can be guaranteed as the piping also allows needed flexibility for the springs.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Air conditioning units are not always an attractive addition to a building and many owners want to cover them. Here shown wooden support bracket functions perfectly as the support frame for a wooden cover. Figure 5 below shows one possible wooden cover design, which was made for an outdoor unit with InfiniSpring®-wooden support bracket.</span></p>

<p><strong>Presented platform </strong>is made from <strong>3 mm thick sheet metal</strong> (grade S650MC). It can carry<strong> loads between 20 to 80 kg</strong>, main <strong>dimensions are 500x500x80 mm</strong> but <strong>can be customized freely</strong>. Unloaded <strong>height of the platform is only 13 mm</strong>. Presented platform provides <strong>natural frequencies as low as 8 Hz</strong>. Figure 2 shows mounting holes on the bottom plate and on the top plate.</p>
