We have long experience designing and optimizing heavy duty machines utilizing finite-element analysis. If you want to innovate new products, challenge existing designs, optimize your products or improve your simulation procedures, we are happy to offer our support.
We have state-of-the-art competences in machine design and structural dynamics. We have done research and development in steel structures, fatigue and finite element analysis. We also manage coding and have been using Python Programming Language for developing simulation procedures.
We have CAD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software in use. With FEA we can perform structural simulations. It allows us for example to simulate running machinery and optimize machine structures. With the machine structure optimization, we can guarantee that harmful vibrations are not excited and structural stresses remain low. Simulations also enable us to come up with lightweight structures even for heavy duty machines. With CAD we can make manufacturing drawings and assembly drawings required to build the machines/products.
