We are excited to introduce our new InfiniSpring® acoustic hanger series, designed specifically for CLT and I‑joist acoustic ceilings. These new hangers offer a simple, efficient, and height‑optimized solution for modern timber structures.

Compact Design – No Added Ceiling Height

Both hanger types are engineered as extremely simple sheet‑metal components that can be installed directly with wood screws. To support tight construction height requirements, the hangers are optimized so they do not increase the total ceiling height—the ceiling grid can be installed flush with the I‑joist or CLT element.

We currently offer two ceiling grid options:

  • GK60 mm
  • Wooden bar

AH60W – For GK60 mm Ceiling Profiles (Up to 25 kg Load)

The AH60W acoustic hanger uses a 3 mm InfiniSpring® element and is tailored for the GK60 mm metal ceiling profile.

  • Designed for 25 kg maximum load, matching our existing GK60 hangers
  • Optimal load range 15–25 kg to meet typical support distance requirements
  • Height‑minimized with an upper spacer to prevent spring contact with the I‑joist/CLT
  • Installed using standard wood screws

The following performance curve provide the natural frequency of AH60W hanger relative to applied load, supporting accurate acoustic design.

AHWW – For Wooden Bar Ceiling Grids (Up to 45 kg Load)

For wooden grid structures, the AHWW acoustic hanger uses a 4 mm InfiniSpring®-spring, providing increased load capacity and longer support distances.

  • Designed for loads up to 45 kg
  • Equipped with spacers on both upper and lower connections to ensure the spring does not touch the I‑joist/CLT or wooden bar
  • Allows significantly greater support distances compared to thin GK60 steel profiles
  • Can reduce the total number of hangers needed for the suspended ceiling
