Acoustic hangers are used with suspended ceilings to improve impact and airborne noise soundproofing. For example a music room in a school will easily create a noise issue, if soundproofing is not done properly. Also acoustic regulations are not met, if soundproofing fails.
Our solution for high end ceiling soundproofing are InfiniSpring® acoustic hangers. InfiniSpring® Acoustic Hangers cut off noise from around 14 Hz upwards. We hear sounds from about 20 Hz to 20 kHz. This range is also a commonly referenced audio frequency range. InfiniSpring®-springs function as low pass filters in the audio frequency range.
InfiniSpring® Acoustic Hangers consist of only three components: spring plate, rivet and upper connection. All InfiniSpring® Acoustic Hangers utilize a standardized laser cut spring plate, which can be equipped with different types of upper connections based on the needs.
Below are shown all available InfiniSpring® Acoustic Hanger types. All acoustic hangers are using same spring plate, but the upper connection varies. All acoustic hangers fit into the 60 mm GK steel profile, which is widely used steel profile in suspended ceilings. All presented acoustic hangers are for loads up to 25 kg and follow EN 13964 standard requirements. Declaration of Performance and CE-marking have been completed for the acoustic hangers.
First acoustic hanger option is equipped with a Nonius connection and it is named as Acoustic Hanger 60N.

Acoustic Hanger 60N connection can be made using Nonius parts. Nonius parts (upper ceiling parts) exists for lengths from 100 mm up to 5000 mm.

Second acoustic hanger option is equipped with a spring clip and it is named as Acoustic Hanger 60S.

Acoustic Hanger 60S connection can be made using 4 mm suspension wire. Suspension wires exists for lengths from 150 mm up to 2500 mm.

Third acoustic hanger option is equipped with a M6 connection and it is named as Acoustic Hanger 60M6.

Fourth acoustic hanger option is equipped with a M8 connection and it is named as Acoustic Hanger 60M8.
